A Statement Regarding Fires Impacting Napa Valley

Published: October 2, 2020

Thank you for your support, thoughts, and prayers as our community faces devastation and uncertainty presented by fires in Northern California. The past few days have been a difficult time for our entire Napa Valley community and we hope this letter provides more clarity into our current situation.

First and foremost, we are fortunate to share that everyone on the Fearless Wines and Fantesca Estate & Winery team is largely unscathed. While our Fantesca property lost major equipment and the esteemed outdoor tasting deck—a centerpiece of Fantesca that has been iconic for its illustrious views and celebrations—we know these things can be replaced.

At present, members of our team will continue working from the safety of their homes to address any questions you may have, especially related to our fall release, which will be unhindered by these events. The integrity of wines for Fearless & Fantesca remains intact as it is currently stored on an off-site distribution center.

There are no words to express our gratitude to the men and women of the St. Helena Fire Department and CAL FIRE who have worked tirelessly to protect our community. We pray for their continued safety during this time and remain appreciative of their efforts.

For inquiries regarding how to help the people of Napa Valley, we suggest the following:

- Donate to the Napa Valley Community Foundation. In the coming weeks, the Community Foundation's Disaster Relief Fund will continue to provide immediate response grants for additional safety net services, like legal and housing assistance, as well as the launch of cash assistance available to homeowners and renters affected by the fires.

- Support our local farmers, winemakers and vintners by enjoying the world-class Napa Valley wines they make. Continue to drink and stock up on your favorite Napa Valley wines.

- Start planning your next trip to Napa Valley. The people who live and work here have hospitality in their blood, and they want to welcome you back, as soon as it is safe to do so. When the time is right and you are comfortable traveling again, the Napa Valley will be here, ready to welcome you back safely to our iconic winegrowing region.

Sincerely,

Our Team at Fearless Wines and Fantesca Estate & Winery
